The association will propose in all the world some training camp with the international coaches participating at the program.

These Inline skating Camps will rise money to finance the program runs in the "skating's developing countries"

The fees of these camps can be adjusted to the country financial level like the "Bigmac index"

Some contracts will be negotiated with skate’s brands to retrocede some % of benefit on some skate products sells.
With a special tag presentation "WICoach recommended skates" … for the development of speed skating around the world …”

Same deal can be made with WIC race Organization to have a % of registration fees and prize money donated to the association.

Some sales of "WICoach’s products" (Calendar, uniform, video, books …) can also contribute in the finance of the program.
